What we're seeing
At West Valley Virtual Learning Center, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 23% over the 5-year window — from 26.0:1 in 2021 to 20.0:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 10.6:1 above in 2021 to 4.6:1 above in 2024.
